Materia Pro Stukko is made of lime and micro-selected marble powders.
Thanks to its special natural ingredients, Materia Pro Stukko has got a great breath ability and alkali resistance. Materia Pro Stukko can be applied on any types of surfaces.

Mix Materia Pro Stukko with InTone Color System by choosing the desired color tone from our color chart.
Add: 1 Toner every 6 Kg – 4 Toner in 24 Kg.
Mix with a mechanical whip until mixture is homogeneous and uniform.
Apply the first layer of Materia Pro Stukko with a steel trowel. After 12 hours (according to the temperature) apply the second layer. Then, after 1 hour apply the top coat in order to have the desired effect (the more you smooth Materia Pro Stukko, the more it gets shiny).
Wait until it is dry, then apply Materia Pro Cera Protect.
Packaging: 6 Kg – 24 Kg – Rendering: about 7/8 m2 – 25/30 m2 – Specific Weight: ~ 1.500 Kg / l – Applied on any type of surface.

Materia Pro Travertino
Is used on any surface after a right base preparation. It can be used indoor and outdoor.
It is a product composed of selected powders of marble, lime and additives that allow an easy processing, and an excellent anchorage to the support. It has a great breathability.

After properly preparing the base, apply one first layer of Materia Pro Travertino with a steel trowel, let the surface dry well and after 16 hours apply another layer. When it is drying, make strips with a steel trowel or a spatula without wholly compacting the surface.
During the hottest months we suggest to wet the base with water.
In order to protect the product and make it water resistant, after 10 days apply Materia Pro Cera Protect.

Materia Pro Travertino in Paste is a product composed of particular marble powders, of different grain sizes, lime putty and other special additives to facilitate anchoring on any type of support; is a highly breathable mineral smoothing compound for interiors and exteriors specifically designed to obtain a satin finish.

Preparation
Mix the paste well with the help of a mixer drill, without adding any water.
Base preparation and application cycles
After the base preparation (brushing, scraping and acrylic insulation) apply Materia Pro Travertino in Paste. Use a steel trowel by spreading smoothly as it was a plaster, making 2 mm depths. Pay attention to the paste smoothness because a good result can be obtained already with the first application.
After at least 24 hours apply the second layer using a trowel making a thinner layer: just make a soft pressure. Right away after, (one person spreads the product and another one smooths it), level the surface with a steel clean trowel. As the product dries, increase the pressure of the application. If done in the right moment, Materia Pro Travertino in Paste increases its shiny effect.
If the weather is hot or in case of wide dimensions of the facade, wet the product with a water spray. If the application is outdoor, during very humid days, protect the wall for at least 3 days. The color of Materia Pro Travertino in Paste is natural that takes the hue of marble dust.
Indoors, to obtain more protection and shine, it can be treated with Materia Pro Cera Protect. Outdoors, to reduce the wet effect, you can apply after at least 10 days, Materia Pro Mirror.
In order to protect the product and make it water resistant, after 10 days apply Materia Pro Cera Protect.

Is used on any surface that has previously been well prepared; it can be used indoor and outdoor. Is formed of selected marble powders, lime and additives that make it very workable, it has also got an excellent support grip.

Prepare the surface by applying a coat of Materia Pro Fondo.
Gently mix the chosen base without the use of mechanical tools. Using a stainless steel spatula and with light pressure apply the product onto a dry surface. Smooth over carefully several times. Wait 8 hours and then apply a second coat smoothing over immediately and constantly changing the direction in which the product is applied. This will produce a design which is decorative, complex and rich in depth.
Wash tools immediately with warm water after use.
